The Chesapeake Import Service Warranty

We at Chesapeake Import Services appreciate your business, value you as a customer, and want you to be aware of our policies. Our charges for labor may be based on the actual technician’s time or established by multiplying our labor rate by industry time allowance guides (flat-rate) and are subject to our discretion. We provide a 24 month/24,000-mile warranty on most parts unless otherwise specified. Oil leaks are not covered under the 24 months/24,000-mile warranty other than the actual seal or gasket that was replaced. All used parts are subject to the supplier’s warranties only. All electronics and brake components are subject to the manufacturer’s warranties. The vehicle must be returned to Chesapeake Import Services for inspection and repairs under warranty. If the vehicle cannot be driven it must be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. This warranty is voided by overheating, lack of lubrication, or off-road use of a vehicle not designed for off-road.

This warranty extends only to the person for whom these services were performed and is not transferable. We will be happy to discuss any questions you may have about our warranty and/or policies. Customers are responsible for all costs related to debt collection.
